The perp may be wearing a mask but the skin color on his arms does not suggest Caucasian.
But it could be shadows I guess. Must not jump to conclusions and all that, unless the perp is confirmed white, in which case we can jump to the conclusion that he is a white supremacist MAGA Trump supporter and election denier with a long standing anti-asian bias.
