If street is cheaper...after the state taxes it, it’ll be just like prohibition...and peddled underground.
Different States have different schemes. I wonder if NY has provisions for cultivation for personal use. That seems to be a big variable in he cost of street weed. Dispensaries will probably get more of the boutique strains, which would be in demand, and unavailable on the streets, except through illicit channels from growers.
