I am pretty sure I have been armed every time I was in that King Soopers store for the last 20 years. Whether to engage someone armed with a rifle and wearing body armor depends on a lot of factors. My winter carry gun is a double stack 45ACP carried IWB with a jacket for concealment and 2 spare 12rd mags on the belt on the opposite side.
