We've got to stop thinking and speaking in these terms. Using 'Trump supporters' personalizes it to one man. Though true, its not about just one man. Its about real Americans aka patriots, and America itself, which encompasses all of us.
The derps want to make it about Trump, then they can isolate and demonize him, Alinsky style. That not only delegitimizes the entire patriot movement, but all of us individually.

That particular sentence reads like our Pres. Trump has given up. "Oh well, too bad, the election was stolen, that's the breaks".
I refuse to believe he meant it that way. There's got to be more to it than meets the eye.

My burnout this time was worse. A bunch of weirdities in my “real” life too.
They may have more clout than is apparent.
I think POTUS’ statement about “too bad it could not have been done sooner” just adds weight to the fact that the election was indeed stolen. Or in his recent descrtion, “illegitimate”.
As of today, all of my immediate family have gotten vaccinated. They are all trying to get me to be vaccinated as well, but my response is that it’s a personal decision. Everyone needs to weigh the risks vs. the potential benefits, and that calculus is different for everyone. My 84 year old mother got it and I’m glad she did. As for me, I feel the risks outweigh the benefits. I’m 58 years old and in good health.
The vaccine is not a death sentence and is probably safe for most people. I think a lot of people are missing the point about the vaccine. The COVID vaccines may not be dangerous for most people, but that doesn’t mean there isn’t a nefarious agenda behind them. I view this pandemic as a dry run to try to normalize the idea of forced vaccinations. There have been some deaths due to the vaccine, but on a percentage basis they have been small. This is the dry run designed to “disprove” the warnings of anti-vaxers. “What are you talking about? Everyone I know has had the vaccine and their all fine.” That’s the purpose of the current mass vaccination push. It’s to train people to accept it as normal so in the future people will accept forced vaccination without giving it a second thought. It’s not this round of vaccinations I’m particularly worried about. It’s the next round - 5 or 10 years down the road - in which people are ordered to take a more dangerous vaccine and have been trained to accept it as normal and safe.
Sounds a lot like a heat rash, lj. A stand in for my doctor made the same mistake once with me. Shingles is accompanied by excruciating pain - because the Herpes Zoster virus is embedded in the myelin sheath of the nerve fibers. I don't think I have ever encountered a mild case of shingles.
In my case I knew the Dr was wrong because I know that I am immune to the Herpes Zoster virus.

Excellent point, and I see the logic in it. It’s never been in Pres. Trump’s nature to give up, to fear ANYTHING, to be overly reserved (i.e., mousy), or to break his word. Many thanks!
I don’t know...doctor said “shingles”. Not a heat rash, was cold, never had a heat rash before, these were discrete raised bumps, sort of scabby, and itchy like hades, veering into a bit’o’pain. Over half of torso, all at once. I might have had some accompanying other mild sympts but can’t remember.
