Legendary ‘Star Trek’ actor William Shatner is turning 90 on Monday, March 22. Tubi, the largest online library of free TV shows and movies, has fans covered for the special occasion.
Shatner became a cultural icon for his portrayal of Captain James T. Kirk in the ‘Star Trek’ franchise, and he’s also acted in dozens of other feature films during his career that dates back to the 1950s. He even hosted his own late-night horror mini-series.

Shatner said he was suicidal for many years when it got very bad, but "95% cured" it using "white noise" therapy. An audiologist found his "noise" (tone and timber) and he then counteracted it by listerning to the noise. Apparently his brain adjusted and reduced his symptoms when he was away from the noise.
It’s,it’s,it’s NANCY PELOSI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Found out he goes and visits a dinky litle Town in upstate NY where they have a star trek fan store. It’s like way out in the middle of nowhere too. I’ve been through there years and years ago, and there isn’t hardly anything there. But he goes there and makes an appearance for the fans. Pretty cool of him for the fan’s sakes.
Yup that was it, thanks for the link
Watched both seasons when they aired. Both funny and enlightening. The one episode I remember is when they were in Berlin, and accompanied Henry Winkler to visit the site of the home where his family had lived. His parents were born in Berlin. He never knew his grandparents, aunts or uncles. For anyone interested, here is a video of him talking with George Foreman, that was a deleted scene from the show:
Happy Birthday Captain Kirk!! and may you have many, many more.
Did not know that - Shatner as a young man was in a number of Twilight Zone episodes that were among the best in the series. He has worked throughout a long and productive life with a great deal of common sense - I still remember him telling a Star Trek convention of reenactors to “get a life”, which made enormous sense. He had some issues with Leonard Nimoy but Spock had some issues with himself - until he straightened himself out and quite admirably, they could only film scenes of the ST tv series with him in the morning - by his own admission, he would be passed out drunk on a sofa in the studio by noon.
Wow, i did a quick search for him in upstate ny and it looks like he’s even gonna spend his birthday there In July
Shatner had issues with the home on the show, can’t remember his name now, the oriental dude. The fella was way jealous of Shatner. Shatner gave an epic response to the fellas hatred. It’s on YouTube somewhere. If you can remember his name, look Shatners response to him.
Nimoy’s birthday is four days after Shatner’s.
Totally AWESOME! Shatner ROCKS!
Happy birthday, Mr. Shatner. You’ve brought me great joy through the years. Hope this birthday exceeds all of your expectations.
George Takei, Mr. Sulu, who is a radical gay activist and a left-wing loon. Shatner had problems with him, Spock, Scotty but he reconciled with each of them but apparently not with Sulu.
A work ethic the equal of any man who has ever lived.
Did he mention seeing an alien on the wing when he was looking out the window?
