Just read crawler on NewsMax, Dan Bonging to take over time slot for Rush.
All I know so far
I was pulling for Ken Mathews.
Bongino is too repetitive. He says the same thing 4 or 5 times in a row. I actually stopped listening to his podcast because of this.

I think that’s on Cumulus stations. My “Rush” station is iHeart Radio.
Bongino needs to listen to some of Rush’s old shows to discover the ways Rush dealt with democrat callers pretending to be conservatives... Rush was masterful - he’d take ‘the bait’ then turn the topic around to showcase how the conservative solutions work better. Then thank the caller for bringing up the subject.
MY man Kuhner (Jeff Kuhner WRKO am 680 Boston, 6am to 10am est) is the best out their at the moment. He let it be known that he's getting 1000 emails a day, many indepth conservations, and from Liberals that are regreting their Biden Vote. Not just from his Boston area, he is a Nationwide and Worldwide phenom at the moment, calls from Israel, the AU for example. If offered El-Rushbo's slot, I don't think he'd take it...
Yes, he is articulate, can dissect any issue in common terms, and can be funny with his snarky remarks. He is my favorite commentator on Tucker. Candace Owens would be good, but may not have the chops for such a large audience. Levin bores me to tears. Bongino has a good handle on current events, but somewhat repetitious for me, much like Hannity. Plus his delivery can be dry and at some times a little pissy.
I love them all, but once people get past Steyn's british accent, they would see he is a natural. Whoever gets the slot, Steyn should have his own show.
BTW, anyone who watches Greg Gutfield on Saturday, he is starting a weekly night show in a few weeks. We love Greg and how he makes fun of the dem/soc/commies with his opening monologue and skits. Plus, he has great regular co-hosts and guests who crack themselves up over ragging on current political events. They even rag on each other in fun. Check him out.

The May 24 date was in a thread that was posted earlier today. I’m glad Cumulus has the Knoxville station where he’ll be broadcasting.

Republican firebrand Candace Owens is getting ready to gab — launching a new talk show that she vows will be a “space for conservatives to feel heard.”
“Candace,” debuting March 19 on conservative media brand The ‘Daily Wire’, will be taped in front of a studio audience in Nashville.
“Dan was my top choice to try to replace Rush.”
Mine, too, after Bill Whittle. But I don’t know how Whittle would perform in that format.
Thank you, but it is another subscription service. I was hoping for something on Fox or other Cox programming I already pay for. Sure she will do well and maybe just a jumping off point for a cable program. I spend enough now for all the cable and streaming.
It’s a joke to name people like Candace Owens to replace Rush. As far as the EIB Network, I think that was just made up for Rush. Rush’s people have nothing to do with the timeslot being filled now.
Sounds interesting and fun. If I didn’t already have a life mate and 30 years younger...
