I am not a “fear mongering coward.” I have watched the numbers on worldometer. Last June 5th the deaths dropped down to 258 for the United States. I thought we were going to beat this epidemic.
Then I read about protests where people were tired of all the mitigation efforts. After dropping from a high of 2751 deaths on April 21, I was concerned that people would lose their patience and go back to doing what they did before the plague. By July 31st, the daily deaths zoomed up to 1855. In my neck of the woods, our daily deaths followed the nation-wide trend and were up 32, on August 8th. It told me that what people did was no way to fight a war. The nationwide liberation experiment was a fail.
Nationwide, the daily deaths quickly climbed until it reached 4518 on January 12th. Lots of revolvers did not go “click!” Instead, it was 549,944 bangs! In fact, we topped the World War I (116516) and World War II (405,399), death counts combined (521,915). In fact, in those wars, we had a lot more sacrifice and boys volunteering to join the war effort than I am seeing today. What I am seeing are a lot of crybabies and deserters spouting false flat earth agitprop.
