(Semi-Vanity) H.R.127 - Sabika Sheikh Firearm Licensing and Registration Act
US House of Representatives ^ | March 16, 2021 | ConservativeInPA

Posted on 03/16/2021 4:00:31 PM PDT by ConservativeInPA

Supposedly, HR 127 will pass committee and go to the House floor next week. When I read the bill's text I had to pause several times; once to get my blood pressure medication, another time to puke and lastly to rip off 20 rounds from my deck.

Anyone voting for this bill needs to be placed on a special list. Let's call it the Communist Register.

TOPICS: Chit/Chat; Miscellaneous
KEYWORDS: banglist
I almost want this steaming pile of crap to pass to see if anyone in America is actually awake and willing to do something about it.

Imagine the panic on the Left when they see the massive non-compliance.

They will extend the deadline and increase the penalties, and compliance won't budge.

Don't even try to guess what happens next.

There’s no way any of this is constitutional. If that even matters anymore, I don’t know.

They wet themselves over right-wing domestic terrorists flouting the rule of law, and pass even more troublesome laws?

just for starters:

“(a) In General.—The Attorney General, through the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, shall establish a system for licensing the possession of firearms or ammunition in the United States, and for the registration with the Bureau of each firearm present in the United States.

“(b) Firearm Registration System.—

“(1) REQUIRED INFORMATION.—Under the firearm registration system, the owner of a firearm shall transmit to the Bureau—

“(A) the make, model, and serial number of the firearm, the identity of the owner of the firearm, the date the firearm was acquired by the owner, and where the firearm is or will be stored; and

“(B) a notice specifying the identity of any person to whom, and any period of time during which, the firearm will be loaned to the person.

I totally agree. However, there is a pesky little problem. Most justices on the SCOTUS have never read the constitution nor would understand what it means if they did.

I learned my English in my twenties and not so sure of what this bill means. Nevertheless, the verbiage of this bill seems to conflict or infringe these words:

“ A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”

I can make it simple for you. Every bill or gun law infringes on the right of the people to keep and bear arms. You don't even have to read it.

This should not end well.
With luck, Roberts will follow his Oath.
Otherwise . . .

HR 127 forecast: Widespread non-compliance accompanied by scattered showers of hot lead and brass.

I am sure I am a felon 20 times over from the ridiculous laws the democrats have passed. I may as well add a few more since I won’t comply with anything these monsters pass.

The three Bushies on SCOTUS will do as they are told. Kav Barrett, and Roberts are evil.

The States can stop this, the first State to make Federal Employee’s Prohibited Persons regarding firearms, will start the ball rolling.

Bigger problem, probably the biggest, is that members of the supreme court have probably never owned or handled a gun in their life. I’ve said many times, this should be the litmus test for supreme court justices, have you had or do you currently owned guns.
