I think the cold fusion solution is to be found at the quantum level.

Hydrogen atoms have ONE electron.

Electrons spin in one direction, mostly.

Find the ones that spin in the opposite direction.

Separate their atoms out into one ‘group’.

Then raise their energy level potential to a +100,000 volts.

Also, do the same with some of the common electron hydrogen atoms, only in a polar opposite energy level, -100,000 volts.

Then, feed these oppositely charged atoms into a common chamber one at a time at high velocity so that they smash into each other, fusing together to become helium + released energy.
