Hidden inside President Joe Biden’s $1.9 trillion coronavirus relief bill is a special program that will dole out race-based cash to black farmers, says GOP Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC).
The American Rescue Plan sets aside $10.4 billion for agriculture support, with about half of that amount set aside for minority farmers, according to reports.

This bill is not only simply ridiculous on its face value, but certainly unConstitutional. Another example of Dimmocommies simply pissing on our Constitution. Clyburn makes bacteria look smart by comparison.
Reparations are a violation of the Civil Rights Act. Besides, only a fraction of the money will go to actual black farmers. The other 98% will go to black activist groups.
Simple. Anybody who wants in on this largesse simply submits a DNA sample, and your payout is based on how much of your genome is African.
Easy peasy. And fair! And totally constitutional! /s

The irony here is that Graham couldn’t prevented Biden’s Presidency, but he protected Joe, Hunter, and James.
In 1,460 days, the Republican Senate could’ve issued a subpoena with a 10 Minute Committee Vote, but they refused - day in and day out for almost 1500 days.
Even after he promised to do it, repeatedly.

The Dems are getting much bolder with their open racism. In a big financial downturn, they are giving a huge amount of money to people solely because of their skin color, even if they are doing fine right now and don’t need the extra help, while others are getting nothing because of their skin color, even ones who are in dire straights financially. The Dems have totally given up on helping people based on need, preferring to judge people primarily based on their race in direct opposition to the teachings of Martin Luther King.

It's not clear to me that $5 billion goes to black farmers or $5 billion goes to disadvantaged farmers about 1/4 of which are black.
Only 45,000 farmers are black so $5 billion over 50,000 famers = $100,000 per farmer.
It's also not clear to me how the money gets allocated. Acreage, past acreage, amount of debt, etc?
There were also the Pigford settlements I and II to black farmers. It's not clear to me why the focus is always black farmers and not blacks in general.
Didn’t they do do this already under the Obummer administration?
