Five of the pepper plants I had taken inside before winter have survived, and as of yesterday, are now in larger pots on the east-facing porch (still portable if a cold snap or other bad weather comes.)
Something weird: One of the plants already has 2 or 3 blossoms. It’s physically impossible for blossoms to appear in the space of one day. Therefore, even as anal-retentive and vigilant as I am, I must have somehow overlooked the buds when the plants were still in the house. :-)
First Tomato plants have popped up in the solarium tray.
Last year’s broccoli has begun to put out florets. Curious to see haw they may grow
