In that Black Hole picture, note the red tinge on its left edge.
In aviation (see FR handle), you learn to understand the meaning of navigational lighting: left wing red, right wing green, tail white. From this, you can tell if another aircraft is moving right, left, away, etc.
The Black hole, the red tinge position is clearly showing it is coming STRAIGHT at us!
Message to Earth: Evasive maneuvers required!

Nothing new here. Often when two galaxies merge the larger of the two central black holes either eats the smaller or flips it out of the new combined galaxy at incredible speeds.
