First, New York Democratic gubernatorial candidate Cynthia Nixon roasted her primary opponent Gov. Andrew Cuomo during an address to the annual Legislative Correspondents Association dinner last May.
“Vote for the homo, not for the Cuomo,” Nixon said during her remarks.
The line was a reference to the 1977 New York City mayoral campaign which pitted Ed Koch against Cuomo’s father, Mario. During the campaign, flyers appeared with the line saying “Vote for Cuomo, Not the Homo,” which Koch had blamed on the Cuomo camp.

I heard it repeated on TV the other night.
I worked on a DOJ Organized Crime Task Force years ago. Believe me the Mafia is real, was real and will continue to be real, esp. in NY City.

Newsome was the “pretty boy band” face heir apparent after fake Mexican Beto failed every time in every election outside El Paso.
Cuomo definitely would be a threat to Hillary (er, Harris) in 2024 if he were not taken out. With the recall threat, can “They “ protect Newsome? (Heck, he’s already in the spell check auto-select list!)
Gov Nuisance was hot to trot as the “pretty boy heir apparent”.....
He recently hired Clinton factotum, DeeDee Meyers, to connive his presidential ambitions.
He was ‘HAIR’ apparent..................
What eventually took out Mario Cuomo and nixed his 4th term:
1) The city (all the votes) was a mess, crime everywhere, even the liberals had had enough. This also got Rudy elected later and he actually did clean it up.
2) The Republican Pataki, had a functional NYS GOP with Bill Powers at the helm. The party has declined ever since into a patronage mill and no interest in running good GOP candidates.
3) Pataki ran on THE DEATH PENALTY, and people embraced it.
4) Pataki later morphed into a RINO and never came thru on his promises to conservative policies, then he lost.

Wow. How does anyone think that will fly. One of their own told the FBI all about it’s existence. What a strange thing to even say.
The left is in on dumping Cuomo...
