For some QAnon conspiracy theorists, March 4, 2021 is a date circled in red Sharpie on the calendar. The truly devoted believe that, on this special date, Donald Trump will be sworn in as the 19th president of the United States.
"Some QAnon followers are borrowing discredited arguments from sovereign citizens in order to yet again move the goalposts,” Travis Week, co-host of the conspiracy-debunking podcast QAnon Anonymous, explained via tweet, “They're absurdly claiming Trump will be inaugurated on March 4, because the U.S. was ‘incorporated’ in 1871 and all Amendments passed after that are invalid.”
At the Trump International Hotel in Washington DC, the least expensive room option is the deluxe king, ranging in size from 350 to 475 square feet. At this time of year, it normally runs anywhere from $476 to $596 per night.
Interestingly, on March 3 and 4, the same room is selling for $1,331 per night. That’s 180% above the base rate and more than double what you’d pay any other night in February or March, according to the hotel’s website.

Surely you know by now that the military pledges allegiance to the constitution. They are supposed to defend us from foreign enemies. When they determine (and they have) that an election was stolen through the influence or direct action of a foreign country and/or our govt is being controlled by a foreign country and our constitutional process has failed (which it has) to correct the problem it is the duty of the military to step in.
The final failure was SCOTUS refusing to hear any election cases. The DNA report clearly showed foreign influence. The cyber warfare people captured all the intrusions and vote flipping in real time on election night. Most of it was from China.
At some point hopefully very soon the military will announce that they are in control. Their responsibility is not to arrest and try all the wrong doers but to return the govt to legitimate civilian control as quickly as possible. That means putting Trump back in office and letting put people of quality and integrity in key positions so the civilian govt can move forward to punish wrong doers. If the President cannot make that work through the civilian courts he can try sedition and treason cases through military tribunals.
That is what I expect to happen. We are not a banana republic. Our military is not a banana republic military. They will do the right thing.

According to the “theory,” the adoption of the 14th amendment somehow invalidated the US government. Thus, the “Second Coming of Trump” (on the date of inauguration as originally set out in the Constitution) will inaugurate the return of our true federal government under out true Constitution, and President Trump will pick up as the first legitimate president after US Grant, thus he will be the 19th president.

Well all the “changes” they harp about were constitutionally passed. So they are legal and “Constitutional”. Whether they should have been introduced and passed is a different discussion. The Constitution doesn’t prevent us from being stupid & careless - passing stupid poorly and/or thought out amendments can be done ! And we have done it!
I would argue we are on our 4th or 5th “Republic”.
1. Articles of Confederation - 1st Republic,
2. US Constitution - Date Effective 03/04/1789 - 2nd Republic,
3. Post-Civil War US Constitution - 3rd Republic For better or worse changed balance between states & fedeal government,
4. Ratiification of the 16th Amendment US Constitution - 4th Republic Created huge imbalance in funding between the states & the federal government. He who has the gold makes the rules. Fed has the gold they make the rules.,
5. Ratiification of the 17th Amendment US Constitution - 5th Republic Turned the states effectively into provinces. Made us more a democracy then a Republic as the Founders intended. We are now seeing all the consequqnces that too much democracy (mob rule) brings. The Founders warned us !
And no I am not necessarily implying that the earlier Republic iterations were perfect, error free or even necessarily better. There were necessary changes, but the consequences to those changes were at times managed poorly and often violated the republican (little “r”) spirit of the US Constitution

I think I just explained it in excruciating detail to you.
The military pledges allegiance to the constitution not the President or the bureaucracy. We have just experienced an unconstitutional overthrow of the US government with the assistance of a foreign enemy. That was an act of war. Its a cyber war instead of a conventional war but still a war. It is the responsibility of the military to step in and take control.
