I think the military is under the control of the gov’t
and the existing laws, rules, regulations.
Well it will be interesting to see what happens.
Not sure where the military gets the right to
take over the country. I don’t think that is a
part of the Constitution/legislative rules, etc.

The military pledges allegiance to the constitution not the President or the bureaucracy. We have just experienced an unconstitutional overthrow of the US government with the assistance of a foreign enemy. That was an act of war. Its a cyber war instead of a conventional war but still a war. It is the responsibility of the military to step in and take control.
