Only time will tell. Not enough data is accumulated on effects of vaccine. In my personal situation, covid-19 is a weak virus. It hardly kills any healthy individuals.

I fear other more deadly pathogens which have a higher mortality rate by orders of magnitude over covid-19 for healthy people. I was a very healthy boy when smallpox attacked my 8 year body and according to my mother, I was close to death with very high fever and dime size blisters covering my entire body. I still have marks on my face from it after 72 years have passed by. Kill ratio by smallpox is 30% for healthy individuals.
