Take the most vulnerable and weak members of society, and subject them to far-fetched ideological theories involving chemical/drug experimentation.
How is this any different from the Tuskeegee Syphilis experiments?
That would only add to their problems.
After the procedures, they would likely be not only homeless, but dealing with increased isolation, frustration of not being understood and anxiety. For some all that leads to more drug/ alcohol use to lessen the emotional turmoil.

Appropriate criticism, as actual hormone and “sex reassignment surgery” as therapies are literally sterilization. How many children has Dr. Rachel Levine given birth to? Sterilization is the method the CCP are using on Uighur minority women, ensuring that ethnic group’s extinction. How does that benefit anyone? This is as insane as anything I have heard so far.
