In the long run it would. What chance do the kids, particularly boys have with her? Also by cutting her off the spigot it reduces creating more of the same problem.
In the long run, yes it would cost less. If you took away the profit incentive for a 22 year old to have five kids they’d stop doing it

Imagine being in the car with the mother of your child. Sure she had other kids with other dudes but it’s a brave new world and all that. Then she says “hey I’m pregnant, but I’ve been sleeping around and I sure hope the kid isn’t yours” Pretty much any human male smart enough to understand language and context would feel “Dissed”. It has to qualify for a Darwin award.
Sorry, but a 22 year old woman working as a medical assistant could not support five children without the use of our tax money, and our governments at all levels are more than willing to take whatever cash they need out of our wallets to hand it to these people who like to bed-flop.
I am saddened she was murdered but that entire culture is one of misery and destitution.
Yes, but for that they need a woman to say yes to getting impregnated by a sleazeball who has sired a number of children by a number of different women.
Women have always had the power. The power to say "NO!" If the male still does something then it is rape and subject to jail, where he has limited access to females that he could knock up.
A large part of what our politicians of both parties have done was to stifle religion so they could promote an amoral society. That way women would look to those same politicians as their sugar daddy and get their support from our taxes.
