The producers behind The Bachelor had vowed to do better when it came to diversity and representation on their hit ABC franchise. “We are taking positive steps to expand diversity in our cast, in our staff, and most importantly, in the relationships that we show on television,” the executive producers said in the summer of 2020. “We can and will do better to reflect the world around us and show all of its beautiful love stories.”

“Casting a diverse set of contestants is one step, but the next is actually showing them,” says Suzana, the longtime viewer who runs @BachelorData. The emerging Instagram account, which launched one year ago, has been regularly cataloguing, in illuminating chart form, on-air disparities for white contestants and contestants of color. As the show’s missteps received renewed criticism, the account has helped to spark a dialogue around how screen time impacts representation.”My goal is to be able to look at screen time and race representation. What are we seeing on our screens and how are we reacting to it as a society that watches the show?”
Let me get this straight. This woman and her coven spend time watching this vapid show and keeping track of screen time by race of contestant.
If you talk about representation how about weight for the ladies, and height for the men. We need a version where overweight women competing for a short man.

I would probably find an old rerun of I Married Joan or the Donna Reed Show more entertaining.
Yep. They agree that
“Your skin color is your uniform.” - George Lincoln Rockwell
You can not go wrong with Joan Davis and Donna Reed. Both starred in great, wholesome programs.
Watching this show is like watching a train wreck. I just can’t look away. Well, they have succeeded in finally making me stop watching. This politically correct BS is just too much for me. I am sure I am not the only one who is going to stop watching. I think this show will be cancelled within the next year if not sooner.
Is the nambla edition about to premiere? What degenerates
Transexual single “ladies” mixed in with cisgender candidates
bluebirds and red birds don’t mix
is nature telling us something?

One of the most watched franchises in reality TV does not need to be more representative.

Most Americans still date and marry within their own ethnic groups! That’s the reality. All the commercials I see on TV and online almost always show an interracial couple and that simply does not represent the majority of people in this country!
It was on where I went to pick up my car a couple of weeks ago.
I recall some years back (in the late 1980s), visiting a late relative’s home and they kept a stash of TV Guides from about five or six years earlier and I began casually leafing through one of them. And believe it or not, some station (in the Rochester NY locale) had I Married Joan on but it was at some ungodly hour like 3 or 4am, lol.
And I can remember from a visit to another relative’s place at about the same time, their locale (in rural British Columbia) got a TV station from Dallas TX as part of their cable package and this station from Dallas would show episodes of Death Valley Days in about the mid afternoon timeframe (another believe it or not, lol). Sometimes it’s interesting to think back to those years when TV stations were that good bit more independent in their operations and some would show interesting old classics like those. And it seemed that that was often the case when you got out of the larger city/urban area where you grew up and went to these smaller towns where other family lived.
They broadcast a lot of those old shows over the air in the Phoenix area.
I started watching Magnum PI, but the incessant Medicare advertisements drove me away.
It is becoming very hard to keep track of all the races, genders and body types that now must be catered to. It was so much simpler when it was just men and women.
where da white wimmen at?
