All border states need to enforce their own borders against these invaders and tell the Feds to F-off!

There is nothing in the Constitution or federal law that gave the Feds jurisdiction over a states right to defend itself against unlawful entry(invasion) by foreigners who deliberately circumvent/evade federal ports-of-entry. Federal authority ONLY extends to defending states against organized armed militant/military invasion... NOT drug/human trafficking or border jumpers! That is where the state militia and/or national guard comes in by the order of the governor and local authority with organized border militia.

This is a STATE concern as much, if not more, than it is a Federal concern!

States must militarize/patrol their own borders if the Federal agencies are compromised from doing their job by jack-ass Biden and his American hating Marxist globalists administration. And that also goes for the Federal ports of entry being double-fenced(cordoned) by state authority to act as a back-wall against anyone who unlawfully slips through the entry-ports and steps on state jurisdiction.

The states must up their own game against these rats coming across the borders! The states have EVERY right to arrest/detain illegals beyond federal jurisdiction and authority!
