Race and gender in hiring are two keys to financial success for top McDonald’s executives, according to the company as it sets its course for the future.
A press release on the McDonald’s website says that part of the bonuses awarded to top company executives will be based upon their efforts to hire women and what the company terms “historically underrepresented groups” for top corporate positions.
“Beginning in 2021, the Company is incorporating quantitative human capital management-related metrics to annual incentive compensation for its Executive Vice Presidents,” the company said.
The company’s diversity website notes that in America, 70 percent of those hired in 2019 were women (54 percent) or minorities (33 percent).

Not that difficult. But being consistent is difficult. Burger King used to be better than McDonald's but the past 20 years, many of their locations are simply subpar or worse case, scary.

My favorite sport has become microGalting. Entitled nincompoops ask me for help, I make sure they can see clearly that I know how to help, and am willing to help, but they are not able to be helped. They don’t have the basic skills or knowledge. It’s a hoot. Then I make sure they know that fifty years ago, everyone, EVERYONE, could do what they cannot.
The only way businesses will survive the future is 60 percent white, 18 percent Hispanic, 12 percent black, 5 percent Asia, 3 percent Native American, 1 percent Muslim and 1 percent other. And ensure 50 percent are women. It’s coming.....
So hire unqualified and people with less experience just to justify hiring?

Much too expensive and not very fast. Most jobs only give 30 minutes to 1 hour tops for lunch. It’s either that or the ‘ol roach coach food for many at lunch. And spending $25 (with delivery fees, processing fees and driver tip), a day for lunch for local food will make you broke very quickly.

What y’all need are hawker centers. Popular in Singapore and Malaysia, a little less so in the Philippines with Turo-turo (point-point) cafeterias and in Indonesia.
