He became a cross between Colonel Sanders, Walt Disney and Howard Hughes, and that’s when I didn’t renew my Blaze subscription. Instead of turning his network into the next Fox News, he had to fire almost everyone in his company, sell his house, and effectively start over again. I still like him, don’t get me wrong, and i still enjoy seeing him in clips and on TV, but the subscription ship has sailed for me.
Say what you will about Beck, he does very good interviews, asks good questions and good follow up questions, and gives the interviewee time to respond without stepping on them. For the most part, it seems he also does pretty extensive prep for his interviews.
