It’s hard not to enjoy the extended implosion of The Lincoln Project over the past month. For a brief, brilliant year, America’s premier assembly of pedophile lookalikes raised seemingly endless amounts of money from gullible liberals, pledging that it would ignite an anti-Trump insurgency on the right. Now, almost every prominent figure linked with the group has been exposed as a liar, scammer, or outright sexual predator. Its total collapse appears imminent.

The Lincoln Project was a grift, one of the largest ever executed in American politics. As a future U.S president once said, it’s good to see bad people fail:
But Republicans can only enjoy themselves so much. While The Lincoln Project’s collapse is entertaining, the stark reality is that its brand of scam has flourished on the right for years. This scam will continue, until a superior conservative movement is born that demands real accountability of its operatives.
At its inception, The Lincoln Project vowed to win over other disaffected Republicans. The group pledged not only to knock Trump from the White House, but also defeat Trump-aligned incumbents in order to deliver President Biden a durable governing majority.
It didn’t work. While President Trump was narrowly defeated, he performed even better among Republicans than in 2016. In the House, Democrats lost seats, securing one of the feeblest majorities in U.S. history. In the Senate, the Project’s efforts were a catastrophic failure.

When they go after Susan Collins as an extremist you know it is a bunch of phonies who were never truly Republicans - of any stripe.
No wonder the Republicans they worked for previously crashed and burned - probably by their design.
“What good did Trump’s judges get us? Not much really.”
Ah, more “divide and conquer” fiction from you to explain things away you don’t want to acknowledge even occurred - and would not have occurred - but for Republican majorities.
This information was known and probably could have been exposed during the election cycle where it would have derailed their efforts. It occurring now makes little difference. It is telling, but now, not beneficial for it to be revealed.
“What good did Trump’s judges get us? Not much really.”
We shall see, a bit early at this point. They certainly didn’t help in the election mess, but then 99% of people who are the age of Trump’s judges, conservative or not, have been BRAINWASHED and we will NEVER be able to identify the few who would have stood up for Trump in that mess. They have no idea of the stakes they were playing with and that the country is about to dissolve because of the way they treated Texas...and there is literally no way to identify the handful of people who would have stood up for the country and prevented it.
So now, assuming Lin Wood’s court-packing plan doesn’t play out, we’ll find out if Trump’s judges start to realize what’s going on. But I’m with you...I don’t see it ending well either.
Murkowsky, Thune, Hoeven, Blunt, Grassley, Lankford, Lee, Scott and Rubio are all Bush League Republicans and should have primary challengers.
Portman, Burr and Toomey are quitting, so we have time to nominate a MAGA candidate.
Expect that Mitch will help elect the Democrat in those cases, he’s done it repeatedly before.

The problem was that the people who applied to work at the Lincoln Project hated Trump just as much as the Gay Mafia running the show there. So they wouldn’t have been inclined to go to the media with their evidence (and, of course, they didn’t have many media options, as Fox would have spiked it too).
Because they raised and spent $100 million dollars in 2020 to defeat DJT. Not to mention they were pedos posing as Republicans.
Slight disagreement, the across the board movement to block conservatives actually started either earlier (Republican senators who tried to block Reagan's policies) or as I believe truly hardened after Newt Gingrich actually had some limited success implementing conservative policy in 1995.
Newt showed his true colors back in 2009 in NY 23.
But Cruz is evil because he said something mean about Trump. The irrational hatred on the FR Purity Board is so hypocritical it’s hilarious.
