The military is in many major cities not just Washington DC. I can give you my best analysts of why though it's a hypothesis. Not factual. Though part of it comes from the white house and the other part is speculation on the foreign interference executive order.

Well, none of that was interesting enough to me to research. So I didn’t-just shrugged at what catches some people’s interest - I skip a lot of stuff.

Very few on this thread has ever read q because you couldn’t discuss anything on those “q” threads. It was like entering some kind of cult. No reason or accountability there.
