awesome. you win. it’s all going down, man.
I can only imagine your sense of satisfaction. president for life pelosi genuinely appreciates your dedication to her cause.
you got those rinos, though, so who cares who wins as long as those guys you hate lose.
I don’t wave a pennant for anyone. my only point to you has been that hating the universe and wanting to destroy everyone in it was problematic as an primary political and organizational pillar.
at some point, you have to be for something. you aren’t.
80 million Trump voters stand for America First which is direct contrast to the globalist GOPe message you cheer on. Now scram, this is a baseball ⚾️ thread.
For those of you having a hard time keeping up, it is to open a discussion of the current state of MLB and how folks here are going to respond to it.
no, it’s a thread about utility bills.
and you’re evading my point, but you’ve been doing that for months.
as far as baseball goes, the other teams may as well phone it in this season. the Dodgers will repeat. they were probably going to repeat before they signed Bauer, but now it’s just ridiculous.
The thread subject is how baseball is watched and the Mets will easily win the East and the series. Bauer is the best player we didn’t sign this winter.
It will be an “I cut the cord, and I’m better for it” thread before dinner time. It’s just how these things go.
the Mets will indeed probably win the east. but they aren’t in the same solar system as the dodgers. bauer is a two year deal; even if he sucks (and he won’t), he’ll only suck for 2 years. his WAR in 2020 was 2.7 — that alone puts him among the elite. the Mets could have used the pitching.
andrew freidman doesn’t mind over paying for players as much as he hates long term deals — the betts deal notwithstanding.
>my water bill was $32 last month. discuss.
Indeed, what size pipe is the connection to the water co, 3/4” or 1”? Seems like an average bill, how many gallons did you use? Is your sewage bill a reflection of your standard water usage or are you on a septic tank? Thanks in advance.
ps: Lin Wood is a whackjob
MLB = BLM
we got even more than we thought with betts. all around good guy. austin barnes was on the verge of being sent down last season, and betts privately coached him out of it. he noticed that stripling was tipping his breaking ball in a ST game (summer camp when they played intersquad- betts saw it from 2nd base) and coached him up on the spot. his playoff accomplishments speak for themselves.
I organize a decent part of my life around first pitch at dodger stadium, which is at 10pm when you live on the east coast.
Mets new ownership is just what the doctor ordered. Cohen seems to get it.
Now if we repeat similar tailored messages like yours by 77 + million to all “woke” organizations...and give business to bona fide orgs...we got financial reversal and some more control over the life narrative. Time to move on from petty team loyalty. Most, if not all, players have less loyalty to the team than the fans do.
