So the CDC has inadvertently issued a truthful statement: That masking is ineffective against transmission of a virus ... not just because the virus passes right through most all mask materials, but that untrained maskers have no concept of how to use a mask (short of slapping it on their face or over their beard or without sealing the entire mask/skin contact surface and on and on and on ...
