Flubros and Flubras! Day 312 (a place for Flubros and Flubras)

People are starting to see the wisdom of the Flubros’ and Flubras’ way of thinking. They see the power grab. They see mandates causing more harm than good. The problem is that if they are only coming around to the Flubro mindset now then it is a little too late. When the next virus comes along in two or three years these people will say “better safe than sorry” or “this virus is different than Coronavirus”. The left will always point out how any virus is different, unprecedented, unpredictable and something to exercise extreme caution with. The next virus might attack children more harshly (just like every flu in history). These people, who only now see the tyranny of Covidiotism, will side with the left to reimpose “common sense” mandates and restrictions to help “save lives”.

I am grateful that people are coming around to our line of thinking. I only point out the flaws in their mindset so that nobody gets their hopes up that these people will fight for freedom in the future, when the next virus starts to harm women, children, and minorities.

Now that Biden is in office do we have a Flubro at The NY Times trying to change the narrative?

Their way of thinking is how we got into this power grab mess to begin with. "It's just the flu", "It's just a cold" were and are obvious lies and/or stupidity, and an indication you don't take something very serious and real as seriously as it deserves...so no one is going to listen. This allowed the Left to fill in the void and control the narrative since they were able to have the appearance of being the only ones to take it seriously (when in fact they used the situation to weaponize it for an alternate agenda) - a ground they should have never been allowed to tread. And the consequences of this have been obvious. They used it to win the election (not only with the issue, but by using it to change policy), impose restrictions which have nothing to do with mitigating the spread of the disease, etc. That's what the "flubros and flubras" have accomplished - the Left is now in control. Hope you are satisified.

Wrong...the right, including Trump, should have been a strong advocate for freedom and there should have been more talk of prosecuting anybody who violated people’s constitutional rights during this. The threat was always from the politicians and not the virus.
