My wife and I moved our family from the state that was our home state, California, to Florida more than 10 years ago. When we told our family and friends of our decision they all told us we were overreacting. Now, they ask us, “how did you know?” We tell each of them, it’s because we were paying attention.
Yet, still to this day, knowing what they know now are any of them willing to take the initiative to quit their jobs, sell their homes, and relocate to a free state. It’s fear of the uncertain that causes so many people to just stagnate. To hope and pray that the lion approaching them with hunger in its eyes will not choose to devour them but, will chose to devour another instead.

Gov. DeSantis is my State's Governor and he's doing a fantastic job. Not to take anything away from him but I'd like to point out that we in Florida came very close to electing a drug abusing, sexual deviant and we're all VERY aware of that. That's not to say the Democrats won't try and unseat DeSantis but we dodged a huge bullet and IMHO, it woke a lot of people up. Thank God for our Cuban community in Southern Florida, they're mobilized and sounding the warning bell here.
