I think the CDC is preparing to give their militias (BLM, Antifa etc.) more protection from being identified rioting - why else would they suggest putting pantyhose over masks? They have no lab evidence, haven't tested it on humans (just mannequins).

Why not just skip to balaclava instead of having Antifa wear red MAGA hats with pantyhose pulled up to their eyes? They could just use red balaclava with MAGA printed on it.

Please take a flying leap into the Grand Canyon.

After you figure out how to get out of the Canyon, perform a double blind study on panty hose, masks, and any other insane things you can think of. Take at least 20 years, and then get back to me.
