I actually do eat an apple a day... and pineapple, strawberries, blueberries, various nuts, and, when in season, avocados from my yard. Then there’s the vegetables, that I usually juice. All of that probably makes up over 80% of the food I eat. Not a vegetarian, and not typical, I know, but very doable in Florida... plus, I absolutely HATE to cook! ;-)
