I honestly don't see how Roberts has any actual authority to simply stop this. My guess is that it'll probably play out in the courts eventually, but Roberts just doesn't have that kind of power granted to him.

I'd love to see the congressmembers pushing this unconstitutional process get impeached and/or prosecuted.

He should try.
