Trust me on the letters. I’ve tried other methods, such as fabric paint.
The sharpie can work on the disposable masks and has the benefit of being easily replicated by anyone who sees this mask on you—they can easily figure out how you did it and make their own.
But then you run the risk of breathing in all the chemicals from the mask and encouraging other people to do the same.
