One of the lawyers heading former President Donald Trump’s defense at his second impeachment trial did what Trump himself has not: conceded Joe Biden won the presidential election. —
In opening remarks Tuesday, lawyer Bruce Castor said: “The American people just spoke, and they just changed administrations.” He added that Americans are “smart enough to pick a new administration if they don’t like the old one, and they just did.”
The comments by Castor, a former county prosecutor in Pennsylvania, were a surprising contrast to Trump’s defiance. The former president repeatedly disputed the results of the election, falsely claiming he won in a “landslide.” And he kept up the baseless claims through the end of his presidency, including during a speech at a rally that preceded the Jan. 6 riot at the Capitol, which set in motion his trial on a charge of incitement of insurrection.
“We will stop the steal,” he said at the rally. “Today I will lay out just some of the evidence proving that we won this election, and we won it by a landslide. This was not a close election.”
There was no widespread fraud in the election, as has been confirmed by election officials across the country and former Attorney General William Barr. Dozens of legal challenges to the election put forth by Trump and his allies were dismissed.

Trump himself has referred to changing administrations. Purposely not saying the word "Biden", he meant interpret this as from Trump term 1 to term 2.
Second sentence is just a general statement of truth, without being specific or judgemental.
I'd like to go to Castor's actual words and context, but I suspect, as usual, this is AP dreck trying to make news that soothes the left and angers and divides the right. I'll note that the "He added..." part is meant to take separate thoughts and combine them to make them more speak to AP agenda.
Folks... Trump did not lose!!!!!!!! he got more votes than anyone ever... the election was the coup they have tried to do since he became President.
He could have cleaned house and didn’t....but he had a plate full none of us can imagine...
the one grievance my sons have on Trump.... we love him and voted for him and he did a bang up job for us.... but the frustration I hear from my sons... “why can’t he act like an adult instead of a kid”.
there are 2 things working against Trump....that was one.. the other was the global plans the elite had for the US...they are full bore now in it... and Trump put a stop to it...they had to get him out to continue globalization and they hated the kid quality that if you did like him, then you were a real nut and knew nothing.
They disregarded he was considered genius and could outwork and outdo anyone else.
I will add one more thing.... if there is anything that can bring down the globalization... it had better show it’s head... the children being pawned and more.. will have to be answered for ... the Heavens are crying for them... it will not go unpunished nor left open.

President Trump knew what he was getting himself into when he ran for President. He knew that the media and Democrats would be be out for him.
He either needs to adapt, improve, and overcome or he is going to have a rough go of it. He has money and resources. There’s are many, many lawyers who can represent him. He lost his first set allegedly when he and they could not agree on a defense strategy. That happens.
Either he deals with the adversity or he does not.
