What I saw yesterday was about 90% of players on the field who were “of color,” and the same ratio who were actors in the TV commercials.
All they care about is whether or not you are qualified for the position in the pros. That’s why pro sports has so many black players. If you are qualified, you get the job. It’s not about race, except to the race baiters.
To be fair, it was not always this way. But it is now.

What these people are missing is that the Brady’s of the world are that way because the have a decent “foundation” and they are “coach-able.” If you do not have those attributes by the time you are in high school...you will never rise to that level in athletics.
