Meanwhile Maxine Waters who called for violence against Trump supporters, and anti-Semite Ilhan Omar remain honorable members of that august(?) body.

They are going after her because President Trump supported her candidacy and because she supported President Trump’s priorities. They have made mince meat out her First Amendment rights. She has apologized for he statements of the past and says they do not represent who she is today and do not represent the views of her district. The double standard of what they are doing to her vs doing nothing in the fce of real bigots is disgusting.

Can I ask a question?

Have they removed Swalwell from the Intelligence committee yet?

So, can a simple Democratic majority vote to strip each and every Republican representative of their committee seat and freeze them out of the bill development process?

Not at all certain this vote has any authority. It has been for decades, a fact that the Democrats choose who they want on committees (even under a Repub majority control it has been this way) and Repubs get to do the same thing (even under dem majority control. This has been by agreement for the comity in the House to get things done.

In no way, shape or form may the majority demonrats decide what committees repubs are allowed on. This is decided for each party by their own leadership. The only party that can remove Greene is the Republican and that from their own party.

Thinking this article is saying something that is not the case— the stripping of the committee seats.

“I was allowed to believe things that weren’t true and I would ask questions about them and talk about them and that is absolutely what I regret,”

Even the WSJ is not only misquoting her but fabricating statements.

On the upside, Rep. Greene has no choice but to run for US Senate in 2022 and she will win.

Whatever. GOP is in the minority, their representatives on these committees are just tokens for when all the Dems’ wish list items are ram-rodded through them on party-line votes.

Greene will be back on a committee with actual power when the GOP makes up the House majority in 2023.

And they are ones to talk about conspiracy theories. Waters believes Putin invaded North Korea. Others believe we landed on Mars and planted our flag, and that guy that believes Guam will tip over.

And you know they will soon start to go after folks that believe in other conspiracies. Like folks who think the election was stolen, or that the government wants to take their guns away.

Did they vote by secret ballot like the GOP caucus on Cheney? Of course not. Say what you want about those wicked bastards but they’ll pull their hijinks right to your face. They don’t lack for a pair

Meanwhile, #AlexandriaOcasioSmollett gets away with using her office to threaten private citizens who criticize her.

And the House does nothing.

More than 100 police officers were injured in the melee, including at least 15 officers who required hospitalization, according to court documents.

On what evidence? I say total BS!

Attention Florida voters! Notice that three Florida Congressmen/women voted with the democrats on this.

All three are representing the Miami Dade County area, FL-25, FL-26 & FL-27 and all three are Hispanic and most are on record supporting Liz Cheney.

Just saying that you can’t count on them to go against the demoncrats. All that nonsense about being from totalitarian governments and being for freedom is pure B.S.
