A New Jersey police chief “clawed” across a frozen New Jersey river Thursday to rescue a 2-year-old girl and her mother who had fallen through the ice.
Elmwood Park Police Chief Michael Foligno jumped into action after hearing a 37-year-old woman and her toddler were stuck in the Passaic River, NorthJersey.com reported.
“The mother was screaming. She said she couldn’t hold the child anymore,” Foligno recalled. “I couldn’t sit still and do nothing.”

The police are the biggest threat to America, well, right after conservatives. Please stop the lying and inform people correctly that it was actually the police that endangered these people, not the ones who saved them.
Please accept my apologies for my snarkiness. I am so disgusted by the assaults by the media, politicians and big tech upon our best and brightest. I am so tired of them vilifying average citizens willing to risk their lives for others and encouraging, supporting and deifying the real criminals and murderers that it makes me sick.
On another note, what is the deal with all the websites these days having ads of pictures of glistening intestines, necrotic sores on feet, drawings of “the largest cyst known to man, watch the pus being rdrained in this alarming video.”?

A social worker could have explained to the mother and toddler that drowning is a pleasant way to go and convinced them to just give in to the feeling.
Saves money, no dangerous cops who might shoot a black bystander, less risk to EMTs and firefighters ...

You're right! I decided to do a test. In this original story at the Post, there was an ad with pictures of a prostate and "Do this immediately if you have prostatic," which is why I asked the question on this thread. So, I copied the link of the article and opened in a Firefox private window and that ad was gone as well as a whole lot of other junk. Thank you very much! I'm going private window from now on.
