Of course Gen.Flynn is not going say anything about what is actually going on. “There is no plan”.
The imporatant sentence is “now we have to do something about it”. Which means there is a plan.
Gen.Flynn is not going to reveal anything at all about what Trump and team have done, are doing, or plan to do. This doesn’t worry me at all.

Maybe too many people are saying there is a plan, and now he has to do damage control and say there wasn’t one. Basically telling everyone, “Stop saying that!!”

Maybe the reason Flynn said "there is no plan", is that the plan is in the past tense, that is, the plan has already been performed, and what we're watching is a movie to take away the Deep State's power gently without causing a Civil War.
