Is there a way for the population to partition or plead to the Military Courts of Justice to have them intervine?
I feel that there may not be, or that it could be perceived by the elite as direct insurrection (I do not know what term to use legally) and have them force the Military under the BS EO’s that they are writing now.?
My thoughts are not certain on that.
But, and its a big butt, if individual federal courts can be determined to be inoperable (NOTE: different from securable), then lets narrow our focus to the 1st Circuit, oversight authority by CJRoberts.
Washington DC is in the first circuit. What is it’s current configuration of authority vis-a-vis the city, proper (Mayor Mrs. Brazille) and Federal installations/property (Capitol, SCOTUS and WH)?
And, just for a connect the dots exercise...Emmett Sullivan is a (high profile) judge in the 1st circuit and has just announced his retirement.
