Let's get that global warming cranked up and eliminate snow completely.
My sister-in-law saw someone wearing a sweatshirt that said, “Minnesotans for Global Warming”. I would love to have one like that for Iowans.
What kind of piece of crap shovels snow on to their neighbors property ACROSS THE STREET??
Not next door, not a duplex, across the freakin’ street!?!?
Then they stand there taunting the shooter, then tell the shooter to go ahead shoot, go ahead.
These people have been here before. The couple shot looked to at ease with taunting and pushing the perp.
I would bet good money there are numerous police reports dealing with these people.
Victims?? Who? If the shooter broke the guys nose instead of shooting we’d be cheering him on for dealing with a horrible neighbor.
This could have been on going for years, as I said.
They were pushing snow from around their vehicle, straight across the street onto the front of his property.
Btw, this was not about the snow. I would bet the rent this feud had brewing going on long before this event.

I have a feeling that being screamed at as a ‘queer,’ may actually have been the FINAL-FINAL straw.
And it rolled off so easily from Mr Goy, that it was probably not the first time he screamed that at Mr Spaide.
Mrs Goy....she wasn’t too bright....never, ever, dare someone to fire a weapon at you..... I almost think she wanted him to fire the weapon and expected him to fire it in the air or on the ground when he did fire it.
She was off on her calculations a whole lot.
The justice system in our country is pretty broken.
I owned a house in snow country once. One winter I had to pay to have twelve feet of snow removed from the top of a garage. I then had to pay again to have that snow moved out of the street.
The dead couple perhaps had no right to pile snow on their neighbor's property. Perhaps the shooter had no faith that they would ever be held accountable for their actions.
The shooter expected to be punished for his actions. I don't think the dead couple believed that there would be any consequences for their actions.
WOW! Things are getting CRAZY now...
I’m beginning to wonder if they did that intentionally, just to provoke him, because yeah, they could have shoveled it off to the side.
In all my years of snow shoveling, I never wasted time pushing it across the street. That’s just weird.
If they did, it was the stupidest thing they ever did.

But the news won’t tell ya the whole story. They want everyone to think they were good neighbors, and just because they shoveled some snow on his property, the gun owner simply snapped and murdered them both of them.
Not what happened. We’ll probably never be told these folks had been feuding for a looong time. And I think this is pretty obvious based on their comments to each other.
I can be a real ahole. However, I heard some advice as a teenager I really took to heart that would have kept these people alive. The rule is “sometimes an ahole, meets and even bigger ahole.” Escalation over stupid issues like this is never worth the risk.
And the last.
I have seen people that live next door to each other downright hate one another. They will do whatever they can to push the other one. One put up a piece of privacy fence up in the air about 10 feet and put a big flag of the middle finger and a have a nice day flag next to it. Flags were huge. The others would video and tell him he knew when his wife left for work and when they let there dog out. Messed up stuff to get in the others head. Never came to shots fired but I often wondered. One was my friend.
Covid is politics
Very well might not have been the only thing they did.
This could have been an on-going issues for years. They couple seemed fine and confidant with their actions.
They seem to enjoy tormenting the shooter.
The perp looks like he snapped.
Seasonal Affective Disorder and the Covid lockdown are taking its toll on everyone.........
Obviously, they all had a shortage of Vitamin D.

One other thing, the shooter clearly had issues way prior to this event. Normal people don’t blow their neighbors away and then blow their own heads off over some snow argument.
The shooter had some big issues going on.
Usually.
But there was a total jerk of a plow driver that would plow a certain lady's drive way SHUT because she turned him down for a date.
She did not shoot him but she felt like it.
Instead we, (the entire street) called and complained to the company which got him fired.
Two cases of assisted suicide, one suicide. I’m guessing that’s not the first time he’s come back with a gun, guess they picked the wrong day to tell him to ‘go ahead.’
