I am devastated. This is the future greatest country singer of this era. I listen to him all day every day. He’s throwing his career in the garbage. Wrong year. Wrong era. Wrong month.
I want to slap him several times upside his head. White people cannot and should not use that word. Evah. He is too talented to let cancel culture get him. I feel like his mama - I want to ground him.
Alcohol is no excuse. But he should head straight for rehab and cut whisky out of his life and his songs.
Another thing I hate is he tarnishes reputations of all southerners, all country folk, all country fans even. Rappers can get away with beating women black and blue and pulling weapons on them. They are forgiven somehow. But white country singers are all perceived as dumb racists and he is giving weight to that stereotype!!!!
I want to cry.
