Powerpaste packs clean hydrogen energy in a safe, convenient gray goop

Fraunhofer researchers have presented a magnesium-based "Powerpaste" that stores hydrogen energy at 10 times the density of a lithium battery, offering hydrogen fuel cell vehicles the ability to travel further than gasoline-powered ones, and refuel in minutes.

Storing hydrogen is not difficult. A gallon of water is stored hydrogen.

Sodium and chlorine are stored pretty safely as salt

"packs clean hydrogen energy in a safe, convenient gray goop"

They found a way to store energy in Democrat skulls?

All they need to do is add some elemental sodium to the formula.

Volkswagen fires 🔥 were always fun to extinguish.

They had a magnesium housing for electronics under the steering wheel.

On a fully engulfed vehicle, we would get a nice flare up when the water hit the burning 🔥 magnesium !!!

Fun times.

Magnesium is [...] the fourth most common element in the Earth (after iron, oxygen and silicon)

They forgot stupidity, the Universe's most common element, concentrated on the Earth in the lowest region of the atmosphere known as the idiosphere.

Volkswagen fires 🔥 were always fun to extinguish.

The engine block and trans housing on the air-cooled VW’s were made of magnesium, I think BMW, and a few others too.

Always fun to have an old VW block for a bonfire.

Kind of lights up the scene.

Sodium is so reactive that it will burn just by exposing it to air.

Chlorine is a toxic gas that was used during World War I and is banned under the Geneva Conventions.

What horrible super weapon do you get when you combine both of these elements?

Ordinary table salt.

Acetylene is dissolved in acetone to reduce the pressure required for safe bulk storage. Auto-decomposition can occur at less than three bar pressure. The working pressure is mandated much lower to provide a safety factor, in the use of cutting equipment subject to back-flash detonations if abused.

Hydrogen forms a loose bond with a metal to form a hydride. Raising the temperature sufficiently will liberate the hydrogen. Added water can react with magnesium to decompose the water and release more hydrogen.

LEL—UEL range of 3% to 87% might change a perspective. A kg of hydrogen provides energy content 25 times that of common explosives.

Mitsubishi Worked on magnesium for hydrogen energy about ten years past—“MAGIC” was their acronym for Magnesium Injection Cycle. This was a direct injection system for superheat steam and hydrogen in an I-C engine.

Power goo is apparently very stable. I think the hydrogen is only released by putting it in water under high temperature. So it would much harder to explode than gasoline.
I suppose if it were somehow ignited it would burn unpleasantly hot and fast.

Don’t tell that little Nazi ‘Doctor’ Fauci - he’ll lock down the coastlines and the salt mines until we can come up with a ‘vaccine’ against hypertension.
