that would be “generally” unconstitutional. Constitutionally protected activity does not require a license.

About all of these requirements are already in place here in Illinois. They treat us with our FOID like a drivers license politicians think it is a privilege to be revoked at will and not a right. I can’t believe they have not deemed the FOID unconstitutional.
