If the elites do not respect the constitution, why should the commoners comply except in a living, changing sort of way too?
The Constitution is a social contract which binds the states together in a federated union. By extension, it establishes legitimacy of the authority of government over the individuals within the states.
I say it’s broken, and people continue on in the same old way simply out of fear of government power. It’s a tyranny, not a republic.
Funny that Article III doesn't say anything about any of that.
Many things have changed and he is right on point of failings from all our branches of government. No longer is it a balance of power, it’s who can be the more powerful. I am sure if the money were followed we would find the answer of who is in control of these bots.
The most important is that the church needs to get involved in both saving souls and watching all levels of governmental powers to make sure our God given rights are remaining free. That is the largest problem I see. And, the church of Jesus Christ is in the same free flow as government to evolve to the day, not back to biblical ways our creator meant! There are hundreds of stories in the Bible that show us where that got the peoples!!!...and they don’t have happy endings.

We can all thank President Donald Trump for illustrating that the entire constitutional process is broken. His challenge of the results of our fraudulent election put it out there for all to see. Only now will people accept the solution that is soon to come.
