I find it amazing how many FReepers believe all this Red state/Blue state BS when it comes to a SHTF scenario. Even in a Red state with a 55/45 R/B split, almost HALF the population will be your ENEMY!!

If it ever gets to that point, you better be ready to shoot your neighbor, your deli clerk, your postman or even your pastor in the face. It will NOT be war between the states II, it will be Sarajevo.....and it will be UGLY.

Agreed. The notion of moving to a particular state and believing your leftwinger vs. conservative issues are resolved is nuts.

For example, my new-age neighbors are the nicest people in the world.
They comment how they "love our neighborhood because nobody here likes guns" and they actually believe what they tell themselves. Ha!

All the armchair warriors eager for CW II to commence make me laugh. CW II would absolutely suck for everyone.
