Why is he reading from notecards?

He can’t even read.

This rotted, corrupted grifting pervert is a towering insult to patriotic Americans and our nation.
Zero short term memory.
The man belongs in a memory care facility.
Not only reading from index cards but only needing to say a few sentences. There was like 4 words on each card. He don’t sound healthy and is for sure having major trouble. In a few more months you won’t see him at all. I think they drug him up for a few days so he is ok but can only do it for a few days at a time. He signs a unreal amount of changes they want made as quick as possible. My wife sees this and asked me, how can biden wife allow them to do this to her husband, she knows how bad he is. I told her because of money and power. And money. Then there is also money.
There was speculation during the debates that Biden had a state-of-the-art ear piece that couldn’t be seen.
I don’t doubt it. Like Obama, when he speaks “off the cuff” he stammers, stutters and spouts nonsense and non sequiters.
Because that’s the most mental activity he can handle at any one time.
Nails it.
They need to record him saying every word in the dictionary, then they can use software to string the words together in sentences. After that he just goes on radio, or his computer generated speeches go on radio. His public appearances are limited to White House balcony waving to non existent crowds, like he did exiting the plane during his campaign.
That or just remove him and insert the next puppet. We must look so weak to other nations right now. They other nations know the election was stolen and our new administration are push overs.
Why is he reading from notecards?
Because he is what the pansies call “mentally challenged”. Most people know the truth, however.
Gene Roddenberry was prescient.
My Uncle had a non speaking part on that Star Trek episode. He played a “Nazi” guard. He had just retired from the NFL (Giants & Rams) and was working out what he wanted to do career wise for the rest of his life. Acting wasn’t it as he went into College / HS Coaching.
Surprisingly many sci- fi writers were.
And he clearly has a bad cough.
But, I do not for a second believe the cabal will win.
No sir, money without power doesn’t mean much. Enough power and money is meaningless. The only ones with more power than the President are the ones controlling the President.
They are short like his attention span.
