3. Not confirmed elsewhere.
4. Funded by the self interested fish oil producers.
5. Conveniently tied to Covid.
6. Just as the recent science arrived showing fish oil has no heart health benefits, the previous entire markwt for the stuff.
I think I’ll stand by.

Lots of others, but I can’t find this week’s fresh news.
Lots of evidence fish oil helps with joint health by reducing inflammation. Since an over-response from pro-inflammatory messaging is part of the problem with COVID-19, it would make sense for it to help.
But you’re 100% right to call out this being a small, poorly constructed study with no confirmation. Probably worth investigating further though in case something similar comes up in the future.
