notice the test results would be linked to an app which shows whether you are clear to go about your daily routine. would that app be linked to some local authority, who would ensure that those whose app indicated they weren't "clear" were then prevented from leaving their home?
am i being too paranoid to think that this might happen? mightn't they have neighborhood monitors who were given the test results of those in their neighborhood, who would then proceed to monitor if any neighbor who wasn't "clear" tried to leave their home? and should these same "non-clear" neighbors proceed to leave their house, the monitors could then report this activity to a "pandemic patrol officer," who serves as the neighborhood's "healthy community safety enforcer" to ensure compliance with what i would call in home incarceration without the ankle bracelets.
