Late to the party on this thread but my blood pressure went from 140/100 to 120/70 within a few weeks of putting more potassium in my diet.

Tonight for dinner, I have a pound of grass fed ground beef with a can of crushed tomato, a tube of tomato paste, brussels sprouts, mushrooms and kidney beans. It's sort of like a cross between chili and stew.

You are like me, I have a potassium deficiency continuously, no matter if I eat potassium rich foods.

I take 99mg of potassium twice a day as a supplement.

You must also have sufficient MAGNESIUM for potassium to work as well, because they both work hand-in-hand together, so I take a magnesium supplement as well.................
