You are like me, I have a potassium deficiency continuously, no matter if I eat potassium rich foods.

I take 99mg of potassium twice a day as a supplement.

You must also have sufficient MAGNESIUM for potassium to work as well, because they both work hand-in-hand together, so I take a magnesium supplement as well.................

If you consume orange juice, banana, or potato every day, I think you would have a good level.

One banana has about 422 mg, so your supplement has a small amount.
