inches above 5000 feet with the highest totals likely to occur
in areas such as: Verdi, Caughlin Ranch, Somersett, Galena,
the west side of Carson City, and along Jacks Valley and
Foothill Roads in Douglas County. Winds gusting as high as 60
mph may lead to whiteout conditions.
